How to cancel your Subscription to a Stingray product

This article is valid for Stingray Music, Stingray Karaoke, Qello Concerts, Stingray Classica and the Singing Machine app.

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. 

How to cancel depends on where you purchased your subscription: 

 

ITUNES / APPLE / IPHONE & IPAD

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please see Apple’s instructions on how to cancel here. 

 

GOOGLE PLAY / ANDROID

If you subscribed through the Google Play App Store, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions

ON THE WEB

If you purchased your subscription via one of our websites, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

  • Head to your account page on a computer (we recommend using Google Chrome) or mobile device. You may be prompted to log in to your Qello Concerts account.
  • Visit your subscriptions page:
    • On mobile, tap on the Account drop-down menu at the top and tap on Subscriptions
    • On a computer, click on Subscriptions in the left-hand menuClick on Subscriptions
  • Next to your product subscription, click Manage 
    Click on Manage ▼

  • A new tab will open up with your billing details. 
  • Click Cancel Subscription in the Subscription box:
    Click on Cancel subscription

 

After you've canceled your billing, you will see an expiration date for the subscription. You will keep access to the product until the end of the billing cycle as indicated with your expiration date.
