The situation
As reported in the media, including La Presse, a critical global security vulnerability affecting PHP, a widely used web programming language, was identified. The vulnerability may affect websites worldwide.
At Stingray, the security of our users and their data is our top priority. To mitigate potential risks, our technical teams have been working to identify the most appropriate measures, including taking several websites offline for preventive maintenance.
What is affected?
As part of our preventive security protocols, we have temporarily disabled certain web services and app features to help protect our infrastructure. Please rest assured that your personal data remains safe.

Yokee
- User-generated content: Sharing user recordings is currently unavailable, and new recordings will not appear in the in-app feed.
- Purchases: Online plan purchases through the website and Android TV plan purchases are currently unavailable.
- Website: The Yokee website is temporarily offline.
- In-app links: Promotional links within the app are currently non-functional.
Yokee Piano

How can I continue using my services?
This preventive maintenance primarily affects websites, online purchasing portals, and certain sharing features. Our mobile apps for iOS and Android remain operational for core singing and playing features.
You can continue using the apps for these core features during the maintenance period.
