How to link your Facebook account with your Stingray account

This article applies for Qello Concerts, Stingray Karaoke, Singing Machine, Stingray Music and Stingray Classica accounts.

Follow these steps to link your Facebook account with your email on Stingray:

1. Access the Login Page
   Open your web browser and go to account.stingray.com. Click on the Facebook icon to log in with your Facebook account.

2. Continue with Facebook
   Confirm your login by clicking "Continue as [Your Name]" on the Facebook prompt.

3. Create a Link Between Accounts
   After logging in, you will see a button labeled "Complete Account." Click on it to link your Facebook account with your email.

4. Set Up a Password
   Enter and confirm a new password for your account. Then click "Create."

5. Login with Email
   Once completed, you can use your email and the new password to log in to the Stingray Music app.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly link your Facebook account with your email, allowing for easier access to Stingray services.
