You can subscribe to a Stingray service in just a few steps. How you subscribe depends on the product and device you want to use — through a Stingray app or website, your phone's app store, or a third-party platform such as Amazon, Roku, Samsung, or your TV provider.

Subscription options, prices, trials, and availability may vary by country, device, and platform. Review the plan and billing details shown before confirming your purchase.

Subscribe to Stingray Music Premium

Stingray Music Premium offers non-stop, ad-free streaming and superior sound quality. It is available only in selected regions.

Download and open the Stingray Music mobile app.
Log in to your Stingray account or create an account.
Tap Upgrade.
Tap Subscribe Now.
Review the offer displayed in the app and confirm your purchase.

Already receive Stingray Music through your TV provider? TV access and Stingray Music Premium are not necessarily the same subscription. Follow the instructions in the app to see the options available in your region.

Subscribe to the Stingray Karaoke

Stingray Karaoke TV app

Use these steps to subscribe to Stingray Karaoke on a supported TV or streaming device:

Install and open the Stingray Karaoke app on your TV or streaming device.
Select Subscribe Now.
Follow the instructions displayed on your TV to create an account or log in. You may be asked to continue the process on your mobile device.
Select either a monthly or yearly subscription.
Enter your payment information.
Select Agree & Subscribe to complete your purchase.

The available plans and billing process may differ on Samsung TVs or when Stingray Karaoke is offered through a streaming platform or TV provider.

Stingray Karaoke Party mobile app

You can subscribe to the Stingray Karaoke Party mobile app to access full-length, unlimited song streams instead of song samples.

Open the Stingray Karaoke Party app on your mobile device.
Log in to your Stingray account or create a new account. You can also tap Subscribe Now!
Select either a weekly or monthly subscription.
Confirm your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Your subscription is billed and managed through the app store where you purchased it. To cancel or manage your subscription, use your Apple or Google account settings.

Subscribe to Singing Machine Karaoke on mobile

To get unlimited access to songs in the Singing Machine Karaoke app:

Open the Singing Machine Karaoke app.
Log in to your Stingray account or create an account.
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Subscribe Now!
Select either a weekly or monthly subscription.
Confirm your subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through the store where you purchased it.

Want a yearly subscription?

A yearly Singing Machine Karaoke subscription is also available directly from the Stingray Store. Visit the Singing Machine yearly subscription page and follow the on-screen instructions.

⚠️ Did your Singing Machine include a free trial?

Do not start a separate paid app-store subscription if you intend to use the promotional access included with your machine. Activate the included offer by following the setup instructions displayed on the machine. A subscription purchased separately through Apple or Google is billed independently.

If you have a promotional or gift code, use the Singing Machine Karaoke redemption page instead of purchasing a new subscription.

Subscribe to Qello Concerts

Qello Concerts offers unlimited on-demand access to full-length concerts and music documentaries. You can subscribe directly with Stingray or through a supported platform.

Subscribe directly with Stingray

Visit the Qello Concerts subscription page.
Select the subscription option displayed.
Create an account or log in to your existing account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Subscribe through a supported platform

Qello Concerts is also available on supported devices and platforms, including Amazon Prime Video Channels and Roku. If you subscribe through one of these providers, that provider manages your subscription, billing, and access.

Do not purchase a new subscription before redeeming your code. Use the redemption page that matches the product named in your offer:

Create an account or log in, enter the code exactly as provided, and then use the same account to access the service.

Before you confirm your subscription

Check that the service is available in your country and on your device.
Review the price, billing frequency, trial terms, and renewal date.
Remember which platform you use to subscribe. Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, and TV-provider subscriptions must normally be managed through that same provider.
Use the same account on your supported devices to access your subscription.
